Today I'm the ball.
I HATE MCD! And I hate having to explain to my agents how the rules changed, but they really didn't change so we decided not to tell you and it really dosen't effect us but it will really effect you and you need to call the customer and tell them that you mis-quoted them and that it's your fault because the rules didn't change but the way we enforce them did so we didn't feel we needed to tell you.
