Lunch with old Cleint

Emily, an old client, invited my brother and I and My Mom to lunch. She is retiring from her catering business and her skills in the kitchen are evident in this simple and tasty lunch she whipped up. Some kind of springy "Asian-esk" chicken salad and fruit followed by a sort of apple tort... very yummy and it would have blew away what I would have brought myself...

It also reminded me that even though we are getting more snow, spring is around the corner.
