How is it holding up the rental market still depressed?
the new railing should help it hold itself better. (Sorry J I couldn't help myself)
For now the renal market seems to be tenable :)
Seriously though, its its usual pain the the ass, this one is Barbs project. I have more work to do here and at the condo.
