In my younger and more vulnerable years my father gave me some advice that I've been turning over in my mind ever since…

Who the hell am I kidding my father never gave me any damn advice I had to figure out everything myself.

Now that I know everything, I don’t know what people are thinking trying to tell me better .

Don’t get me wrong this is not like when I was a teenager and just thought I knew everything but was just rebelling. Or when I was in my 20’s and just knew I knew everything but there was way more to know then I could have known at the time.

Now I have enough experience that I know what I don’t know, and I know that I know enough that I can say you should not be giving me advice on the things I do know. You know?
